NPA 9km walk from Rawson Park, Mosman to Spit Hill south via the Spit, Middle Harbour and Beauty Point; 23 (I phone) floors climbed. 13 walkers. A good conditioning walk for next week's week of walks in the Blue Mountains with Ramblers.
